Reacts violently with water. Can decompose violently at elevated
temperatures. Material hydrolyzes in contact with moisture/water
releasing toxic and corrosive fumes of hydrogen chloride and aqueous
hydrochloric acid. Hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from the air).
